What does Innhotep mean?

The word Innhotep stems from the name Imhotep (« the one who comes in peace » or sometimes «the one who is welcome »).Imhotep was the vizier of pharaoh Djoser, for whom he built the first pyramid in history ‘Saqqara’. Aside architecture, Imhotep was a scholar in medicine, mathematics, astrology and religion, exemplifying the breadth of knowledge needed to achieve successful innovation

He contributed to the creation of a single language and scripture, administrative and religious bodies of one of the most imposing civilisations in the history of mankind.

Who are we ?

Innhotep Ventures is a fast growing professional services firm, dedicated to innovation strategy and management. We support our clients to achieve high impact projects that create value through innovation.

A two-fold motivation

Innhotep was created on 2 core beliefs:

  • The passion of its founders for disruptive innovations (processes, management, technology, services) as a main driver of progress and wealth creation for society
  • The belief that opportunities and needs in markets that are affected by today’s big drivers of change (global competition, emergence of new restrictive factors in business, technological revolutions,…) demand for a new type of service offering that helps private and public companies and institutions to reinvent themselves.

Our value proposition

Innhotep recognizes the international dimension of innovation it its work. There is an increased importance for decision-makers to sustain the imperative of radical innovation so as to hold their ground in the face of intense competition.

Often times, the necessary toolkits are not available to decision makers:

  • Relevant benchmarks
  • Sourcing and coaching of people (inventors, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs)…
  • … and their support in the launch period (and beyond)
  • Design, execution and roll-out of proof of concept projects

Innhotep has the ambition to position itself at the crossroads of this development and to contribute by offering advisory and consultancy services, but also as a creator of start-ups (seed and venture capital investments).
